Choose BYOK when you want direct provider billing
Claw Basic is the lean hosted option for customers who want to keep model billing directly with their own provider accounts. BYOK gives you the cleanest provider-side usage visibility and the least abstraction between your instance and the model platform.
Choose managed credits when you want one hosted billing path
Managed credits are tracked per instance and can be topped up from the portal. This is useful when you want a simpler hosted operating model rather than wiring your own provider account into every instance.
Important: managed top-up credits and included managed-credit portions carry a 10% uplift to cover payment processing, currency conversion, admin work, and operating overhead.

How to choose a term
Use 1 month when you want the lowest commitment and automatic renewal. Use 3-month or 12-month prepaid terms when you want a lower effective term price and no automatic renewal.
Available AI Models and Reference Prices
OpenAI/Codex, Gemma, and a curated set of Google Vertex AI models are available. Gemma is free, but rate-limited and availability-limited.
